"Ginny is awesome! She was our agent when we bought our house and also when we sold it three years later. She always answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable of the laws and markets. She also used to flip houses, so she knows about construction and what it takes to fix things in a house. She owns a maid service, so all her listings come with free cleanings, which was such a great perk. I would definitely recommend Ginny to anyone buying or selling their home!"

"Ginny was amazing - honestly, I can't even properly express how fantastic she was to work with. Ginny made herself available to me last minute to do showings, even when I dragged her to a few duds! I'm a smidge high maintenance but Ginny never made me feel like it. She went above and beyond to help make this the smoothest process it could be. In addition to being a Realtor, Ginny also works to renovate houses - and she used that expertise when we were looking at houses to help me select the best house for my family. AND on the morning of closing, when we got the truck stuck in the mud, down a hill, she was there to help me out!"

And when buying a house we met no difficulties, but one year later when selling our house we were in an incredibly difficult and complicated situation, and moreover being out of state. "My wife and I were referred to Ginny via a trusted friend, and I am glad we ended up deciding to work with her. From our first meeting, it was obvious that Ginny had a more expansive view of the market and an understanding of what our house had to offer (we had many non-traditional upgrades that would either really appeal to or not be recognized depending on the buyer). Her background in construction definitely gave her the advantage in this aspect. Her pricing strategy was the most optimistic of the realtors we reviewed, and it turned out she was spot on with us getting a full price offer on the property without us leaving money on the table. Where Ginny really shined is how she was able to navigate and explain to us the numerous hiccups with the buyer’s agent and closing attorney. Hiccups that could have caused serious problems with closing. Throughout that stressful period, she was available to patiently answer our numerous questions, in detail, and with wisdom and insight on the particulars about the North Carolina market and the state’s procedures for closings. We’re glad we had her support with our property sale!"
